Officers
Gina Thompson, Board President
Gina has a background in accounting and finance with over 20 years in the banking industry in the leverage lending arena. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Gina served as Executive Director of Mary’s Home for ten years, leading it through a period of growth in caring for expectant mothers and expanding our profile in the community. She retired from Mary’s Home in 2020 and now brings her vital experience back to Mary’s Home as President of the Board.
Ademil Castrillo, Board Vice President
Ademil has over 22 years in business banking experience, currently working for Wells Fargo Bank in Commercial Real Estate. He has a significant record of volunteer work in the community, including the United Way of Martin County, the March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, and the Treasure Coast Food Bank. He is also an assistant pastor at Christ Family Church in Port St. Lucie. Since coming to Mary’s Home as a board member, Ademil has served as President of the board for one year and now is Vice President.
Michael Pembroke, Board Assistant Treasurer
Mike, now retired as a financial manager, has more than thirty-five years of experience in financial accounting and management. He was employed by the NAES Corporation in Indiantown for 27 years, where he was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting at the Indiantown Generating Plant facility. Mike has volunteered his time to other non-profits in Martin County, including the Stuart Youth Soccer League, Martin County OPUS Choir, and Little Lights Pediatric Dentistry. He joined the Mary’s Home board as the Assistant Treasurer in 2022.
Kemmisha Lindo, Board Secretary
Kemmisha is a Business Development Officer at First Horizon Bank. She has held similar business development positions at First Citizens Bank, First Republic Bank, Synovus Bank, Florida Community Bank, and TD Bank. Within these organizations, Kemmisha has championed programs designed to benefit lower-income and minority individuals and mentored her peers and new employees to advance their business acumen and network-building skills. Kemmisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) & Accounting and BS in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University and serves as Secretary.

Lorraine Bradley-Kayser, Board Member
Lorraine has thirty-five years of experience in the natural foods industry as an owner operator of a brokerage company and then a senior leader with Dynamic Presence. She was responsible for managing annual revenues of $2.2 billion dollars for 200 companies and has a proven track record of leadership managing large diverse teams. Lorraine holds numerous industry national awards and international nonprofit awards for her work with organizations like Whole Plant Foundation, Whole Kids Foundation, Whole Cities Foundation, Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, Central Texas Easter Seals, HealthCode, Rainforest Trust, and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. She holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Business from the University of Texas.
Lawrence E. Crary, Board Member (Legal Advisor)
Larry has been an attorney with the Crary Buchanan law firm since 1979 and a partner of the firm since 1984. His practice areas are corporate, business law, real estate, finance, land use and contracts. He has served as general counsel for the Martin County Industrial Development Authority, Real Estate Counsel for Cleveland Clinic Florida, and former General Counsel to Martin Health Memorial Health Systems. Larry’s community service is extensive, including serving as a permanent Deacon at St. Joseph Catholic Church and on nonprofit boards including Nina Haven Scholarships, Treasure Coast Astronomical Society, Light of the World Charities, House of Hope, Habitat for Humanity of Martin County, Stuart Rotary Club, Jensen Beach Little League Baseball, Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, and Martin County Airport Advisory Committee.
Elizabeth Fedele, Board Member
Elizabeth, who grew up in Stuart, began her career as a lawyer for the Gunster law firm and then transitioned to the field of wealth management. She recently retired from her position as Managing Director at Northern Trust. During her decades long career, she specialized in handling estate, charitable and succession planning for high-net-worth clients. She has served on the board of directors for the Economic Council of Martin County, Martin Health Foundation, and the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra and has helped local nonprofits like Molly’s House and Tykes and Teens with their fundraising endeavors.
Ronald F. Ranc II, Board Member
Ron is the CEO and owner of RFR2 Technologies, with more than 36 years of experience in information technology and cyber security. He is a United States Air Force veteran and firmly believes in giving back to the community. Ron is a lifelong donor and volunteer for organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, United Way, Violence Intervention, Hospice, the Humane Society, and Habitat for Humanity.
